Due to a huge popular demand after our first Introduction to Medicinal Pants on St.John's Eve, we are now running a longer session, with even more plants and their fascinating stories.

In this session, herbal medicine meets history, magic and legends from all over the world. We explore the folklore, history and the medicinal properties of some plants you can easily grow at home, in the garden, or forage in your neighbourhood. Who knows, by the end of the session, you might decide to always carry a borage blossom wherever you go...

Trainer: Elena Trivelli

Elena is the coordinator for the Regent's Park Allotment Garden and the Allotment at Kensington Gardens. She has a passion for medicinal plants, herbal remedies and all the incredible stories that they have carried with them for millennia.
