Transport for London

Transport for London (TfL) launched their backing of Capital Growth in November, 2009. Capital Growth has signed an agreement with TfL to manage any enquiries about use of their land by the community. 

As they are not able to deal with these enquiries directly, if you have identified land, and you know it is owned by TfL, download and complete the application form to help us determine if TfL can consider your request. Be sure to download and read the guidance notes first!

Template Lease Agreement
