Sharpen your (writing) tools! In this session we will look at how writing about gardens and gardening can deepen your connection with nature and bring fresh perspectives to gardening and food growing.

We’ll explore different approaches to writing, with an emphasis on fun and creative ways to capture the essence of your garden in words. We’ll consider different ways of incorporating text into gardens and outdoor settings, and also look at some examples of garden-themed poems. We’ll finish with a couple of writing exercises to get those creative juices flowing, so have your preferred writing materials to hand.
