Flowers are a huge part of creating thriving gardens - not only are they wonderful to look at, but they're a vital food source for wildlife who need our help more than ever! Since the 1930s wildflowers have declined drastically, with 97% of wildflower meadows having disappeared. Without this vital food source, wildlife can't thrive, and that's where we come in!

Growing flowers doesn't need to be scary and it can be incorporated into our food growing seamlessly. Even better, there are flowers we can eat! This workshop will be a celebration of all things edible, with a particular focus on flavour flowers that can become a part of our everyday eating. We'll guide you through how to grow them with minimal effort and energy, how to use them in your cooking and how each flower is beneficial in creating balance within our gardens which will help with pests and diseases.
