Join us at Kentish Town City Farm to learn more about the creatures that make up the ecosystem in your food growing space and what they do there. There will be a mix of classroom leanring about urban garden species followed by some practical activity creating habitats for garden wildlife such as bee hotels, hoverfly lagoons and earwig houses,  and demonstrations of simple techniques to identify the creatures in your garden such as counting worms, identifying birds and insects.

This session is for people who are involved in urban food growing who want to learn more about increasing biodiversity on their site, however big or small.

Capital Growth members receive 50% discount on tickets. If you're not a member yet, join here.  And if you've completed our biodiversity survey you'll receive a discount on tickets too.

Your trainers: Susannah Hall & Jeff Waage
