A.B.Seed competition 2011
In January 2011 Capital Growth launched the ABSeed competition to encourage London’s nurseries, primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities to start food-growing projects.
The competition closed in June 2011 and we are happy to announce the lucky winners!
There were four categories. Here are the results:
Best Nursery Edible Garden

The winners of the Best Nursery Edible Garden and the Best Primary School Edible Garden were presented with their certificate by Mayor Boris Johnson. And the winners of the Best Secondary School Edible Garden and Best College and University Edible Garden spent the day shadowing the chefs at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen London restaurant.
